SIZING TIPS
[1] Put on a shirt that you would wear under your vest
[2] Have someone wrap a cloth measuring tape (or string) around the fullest part of your chest (or fullest part of your stomach if stomach is larger than chest).
If you do not have a clothing tape, then use a string; mark & measure the string with a carpenters tape when finished
[3] This is YOUR CHEST measurement. Each sizing chart has a section that is labelled, "YOUR CHEST".
